MDA Wendover Motorcycle Ride

This weekend Scott and I went on the MDA Wendover Motorcycle Ride. Some of you might have seen this on the news. There are about 5000 motorcycles that all start at the 21st South Harley shop and then ends in Wendover with a consert and auction. They end up raising tons of money for the MDA charity and it is real fun. I was alittle sore in the behind when we finally got there but not to bad. It fun to be with all the hard-core bikers, they look so tough but they are just a bunch a sweet hearts who love Jesus, kids & animals. It inspires you to be more commitmed to good things.

This was the first time that I left Aubrey for more than a hour or so, but I think we both did great. My mom came up and stayed with the kids so when Scott and I got back the kids were dissapointed, because that ment grandma had to leave. Thanks again Mom for helping out and letting Scott & I have some time away.

Her is Scott and Logan cleaning the bike before we left.

There was a huge party at the Harley shop. Everyone and their dogs were there (ha, ha)!

We finally got there, don't I look alittle bad ass?

Here is Scott parking the bike, It was a long ride but he still looks cool!

Last Day of Preschool

This is Logan and his Preschool tracher Miss Amy on his last day of school. They are suppose to have the last day of school party at the splash pad in Herriman, but it was raining so hard we ended up at the playland at McDonalds. The kids had just as much fun probably more so beacuse they all edned up with happy meals.

Amy owns and teaches at Magic Moments Preschool, she is amazing. Logan can spell, sign and write his name, as well as all the other letters. They did super fun science experments and his social skills improved 1000%. She made an end of the year video and it was so fun to see all the fun stuff they did. He is going to go back in the fall and he can hardly wait.

Danyale's Birthday

Last week was my birthday and the entire family went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. The food was reallt good and the dessert was even better. Aubrey was starting to fuss so we got our cheese cake to go (pluse Logan really wanted to help me blow out the candles). I had the chocolate coconut cream cheese cake and Scott had the Adam's which is every kind of peanutbutter you can find put into one cheesecake. The kids were not real fans of the cheesecake (more for us).

But getting ready to go out to a nice place made me think, how sad is it that my best shirt is the one with the least noticeable stain on it. And my best shoes are, well I don't have best shoes. But my kids looked great!! It is just amazing how these little people take over every aspect of your life and we are completely happy letting them do it. I am glad I have stains on my shirts because it means that my kids still need me, even when they are dirty and even though all my shoes suck, just means I can go out side and play no matter what I am wearing. I will be pretty when my kids grow up.

A day out with Thomas

Over Memorial weekend we went with some friends (Barbra & Kevin Palmer) and stayed in Deer Valley. While we were there Thomas the Train happen to be visiting the Heber Valley railroad. The kids freaked out they were so excited. It was Thomas mania, I couldn't believe how many people were there. We were surrounded by 3 year olds. Logan loved looking out the window and telling us everything he seen. Aubrey was fascinated by the train horn, she thought it was amazing and by the end of the 25 min. ride was making the sound herself.

Kisses for Papa

Aubrey Has learned how to kiss and thinks it is the greatest thing ever. She kisses everyone and everything. She is even a pro at the mmmmmmah sound. It is great because Logan is now to the age where I can't say "give me a kiss and I will let you go play" or what ever (you know what I mean). So now I have a new found source of unlimited kisses.

Biker Boys

This is how Scott took Logan to school today!!!! I almost had a heart attack. Because gas prices are so @#!$% high, Scott has been riding his motorcycle to work. He also always takes Logan to School on his way, so this is what we end up with. I am so glad that Scott is such a safe and skilled driver or I really would of freaked out. Logan was very nervous when he first got on, but started to giggle as soon as they took off. I watched untill I couldn't see them any more with knots in my stomach the entire time. Not afraid that Scott would wreck but that some one else would wreck into them.

I bet Logan was so excited to pull up to school with the coolest dad ever and I am sure Scott turned some heads with the mothers. Who can resist a man on a big ol' hog!

Aubrey is 1

Aubrey is now 1!!! I can't believe how fast time can fly (cheesey I know but true). She has had a wonderful year. Her personality is wonderful, she is sweet as can be and she has a great sense of humor. She loves animals, dogs the best. Her favorite food is strawberries and she LOVES being outside. She is really smart and can say 6 words and signs about 6 more. We are so so lucky to have her in out family. She just need to grow some hair and learn to walk (ha,ha).

This is Aubrey on the day she was born. 5/11/7 She was sweet from the start.

This is Aubrey the day we brought her home from the hospital. Logan was with Kori so we had a great day just mom, dad, and baby.

This was her blessing day. She was so pretty. We has the blessing in our backyard under our giant tree. Is was perfect. We then went to a near by park for a BBQ. Aubrey was perfect all day. She didn't cry once the entire day.

Aubrey at 6 months was a ham. Always full of joy and smiles. She makes us laugh everyday and loves to laugh at her brother.

When she was about 9 months old we took the whole family to Hawaii, including Grandma B. It was so fun. I suggest everyone to take your kids to Hawaii. She loved the beach and the Hawaiian dancers, pineapple and coconut.

We had Aubrey's birthday party at the LeRoy reunion the week before her birthday while all her cousins were all together. She hated her cake. She would take big handfuls of cake and then scream. Then she would do it again. I don't think she ever tasted the cake. It was so funny to watch. She had a good time the rest of the party.

The night before her birthday after she was a sleep I filled her room with balloons (I do this for Logan every year and he loves it). She thought the balloons were awesome. She played with them, and loved them, and kissed them. It was fun to watch.

Scott and I gave her a rocking chair (That is what I got for my first birthday). She thought is was the best. You would of thought she was queen of the world and this was her throne. She rocks and tries to sing to herself. She is our Princess.
